Shipping charges

Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Please review your shipping address and selected shipping option carefully.

Order processing and delivery

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Any delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. For questions about order timing, please contact us before placing your order.

Tracking and delivery issues

When tracking is available, we will share it with your shipping confirmation. If your shipment is delayed, arrives damaged, or shows as delivered but cannot be located, contact us promptly so we can help investigate. Please keep packaging and photos of any damage.

Address changes

If you notice an incorrect shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once an order has shipped.
